OUR LEADERSHSIP STRUCTURE
“For this reason I left you in Crete, that you should set in order the things that are lacking, and
appoint elders in every city as I commanded you”- Titus 1:5.
The church is supposed to grow and appoint elders and deacons to take care of the flock. This is
what God commanded the church to do if they find qualified people. All elders and deacons are
supposed to meet the qualifications slated in I Timothy 3:2-13.
The KNUST church, found in an academic institution, has almost all members to be students
who are within the ages of seventeen to thirty with the exception of the preacher, who leaves the
school when he completes.
As done in Acts 6: 1-6, the KNUST Church of Christ has central ministries who take care of the
affairs of the church. These brethren are neither elders nor deacons but are giving the roles to
cater for the needs of the church. They are responsible for the daily running of the church. Below
are the ministries, their composition and roles
